I guess it would be pretty easy to overload just about any piece of equipment......the 2x2x6 which weigh about 3600 pounds each.

What will you use them for?Bought 34 of these 4' x 2' x 2' concrete retaining wall blocks for $50 each delivered.

That's just over $3 / cu ft! I couldn't mix the concrete myself for that price, even if I had the form.
A local concrete supplier makes them up from left overs in their delivery trucks.

I chose the 4' x 2' x 2' blocks because they weigh 2200#. They can be moved easily with my MX5800 and LA1065 FEL.I guess it would be pretty easy to overload just about any piece of equipment...
Here they are $90/each plus $65 per delivery for 4 blocks(to my location from the plant)Around here they are running $150 plus delivery for the 2x2x6 which weigh about 3600 pounds each.
I'm using them to build a storage "stall" to hold anti skid. Just started the project:Here they are $90/each plus $65 per delivery for 4 blocks(to my location from the plant)
I am building a retaining wall with the blocks that a hoop barn will sit on.
I can actually pick a 2x2x6 block up, and stack one layer with a M7060 with a chain attached right in front of loader pins. I thought I wouldn't be able to do this but just recently tried and was surprised I could!
I maintain 1.25 miles of steep private road plus driveways and always need a supply of anti skid on hand. I used to burn coal for heat and put the ash on the road but I gave up the coal last year. Going forward, I'm going to start buying cinders or fine gravel. That's what the "stall" is for.Something to push against is a great idea! Especially if it’s material you will always have on hand.
Question - how sturdy is the second layer, and/or do you somehow tie/bond them together?
FYI my BIL owns a precast company so I could probably get what I want for next to nothing, though I don’t have any way to unload even a 4’ one…
