Think we found problem today. So my lever won't go over to park. It's like something is stopping it. Took shifter out checked pins than took top off and found the long rod that shift in is locking the rod so it won't mover all the way over to park. A little ball popped out what is that piece...

How would this be fixed?

Need help bought tractor told all good..won't go in park synchronize transmission. I also notice level pops put of snail. All other gears are perfect. Not feeling safe without park
