    YT359 Transmission

I have a YT359C and before that I had a kubota with Hst. The Yanmar has a shuttle shift on the steering column for forward and reverse, power comes from a pedal just like the gas pedal in your automobile. You press the pedal to move forward and if you want reverse you simply ease off the pedal...

    Rear Blade Rear scrape blade

Cadplans, My eventual plan is to have Brian at fitrite, build my cylinders for me. I just in the initial stage of getting it all together but I do agree that manual adjustments on a blade that size could be very dangerous.

If you have a Yanmar dealer near by you could look at the YT347.

    Rear Blade  Rear scrape blade

My tractor is a Yanmar YT359C and I am looking for a heavy duty rear blade 8’ long. Does anyone manufacture a rear blade that is set up for hydraulic but can be purchased without the cylinders. My plan is to use it manually at first and then I want to talk to Brian at Fit Rite about purchasing...

    DPF Regeneration driving me crazy...

2020 Yanmar YT359C. Purchased new in April and first regen was at 72 hrs and second regen was at 160. It now has 197 hrs. Both regens were done while working and I wasn’t inconvenienced at all!

    ReGen YT

I purchased a YT359C in April of this year. For the first two weeks I did nothing but move piles of dirt from daylight until dark. I used the a-b buttons to go from 2200 rpms while hauling to 2400+ while pushing into the piles. My first regen was at 96 hrs and my second was at 173 hrs. The...

    Yanmar Super Expensive?

If anyone is still undecided about the Yanmar YT359C, I purchased one in April of this year and it has performed flawlessly. I had a kubota L3800 so the horsepower difference was amazing which definitely makes this an apple to oranges comparison, but the Yanmar transmission is in a class by...

    YT359 clutch

I have about 70 hrs on my YT359C and I have not used the clutch even once. Unlike a hydrostatic transmission these tractors will not stop if you simply remove your foot from the accelerator pedal, it will continue to “creep” forward so The clutch can be used to instantly stop power to the wheels...

Comparable for Kioti 4510 HST Cab

Not sure if you have a dealer close by but if so you may want to go look at a yanmar YT347C. Very impressive tractor and basically the same size and power as the nx4510 you are looking at

Did you build or buy your tractor shed/garage

Thank you! Yes, I am a mason. Laid regular block for the interior walls then used 4” splitface block for the veneer. Then I installed the metal roof, hopefully the siding will go up soon on the gables then I’m going to concentrate on the floor.

Did you build or buy your tractor shed/garage

For 8 years my L3800 kubota sit outside, when I started looking to upgrade I started building a 30x40 masonry building. The new Yanmar will fit nicely once I have it all completed which hopefully will be in the next few months.

    3ph float function

I previously had a kubota l3800 and it was my understanding that if I pushed the control lever all the way down to number 1, that was a float position for the 3 point. My first question is does anyone know if that in fact was true and my second question is does anyone know if my current Yanmar...

    Rotary cutters

Does anyone have experience with either a rhino tw36 or a bush hog 316-2 rotary cutters. I’m looking for a 6’ cutter with up to 3” capacity and I’m pulling it behind a Yanmar YT359C. If you have experience with another cutter please let me know about that one also. Andy

    TY359 Review and comments

No problem, I just purchased my YT359C a little more then a month ago after 8 years with a kubota L3800. Huge difference in HP for me but so far I love the tractor.

    TY359 Review and comments

Kiwibru, please don’t take this the wrong way as I am not trying to sound like a know it all. If you are using the AB function and not seeing a change, the problem is probably because the throttle on the dash is not set properly. For example if you are in range 2 on the gear selector, your...

Comparison Ready to buy: Yanmar YT347 or JD 4044R

I am new here and this is my first post but after 8 years with a kubota L3800 I finally replaced it with a YT359C. The kubota was a great tractor but I simply needed more HP and after spending some time in the Yanmar I was amazed at the simplicity of the transmission. After several days of...
