    Bush Hog 3008-2 - 540 or 1000 pto?

260 won’t start lawn tractor, put new pto on and won’t start. Power to starter, seat safety switch ok, trying to locate brake safety switch!

My guess is you disconnected a connector or one came apart and you missed getting it plugged back in. Could be the PTO or seat switch. If it were me I would jump around all the safety switches but that's a bit hard without a schematic.

Insurance requires home water leak detector and drone inspections?

Drones don't live long around here. Cool thing about drones is even if you just wing them they are coming straight down. Thinking about this a bit more, that's a lot of nerve to launch a drone over someone's home without them knowing it. That could be anyone casing your residence. I say use them...

    Buying Advice Auctions?

I see very nice equipment on auctions a lot. And I frequent quite a few of them. Been to 2 this month. Then again, I see a ton of junk on them. Shaft driven vs belt driven mower decks - Worth extra cash? And Kubota transmission vs Hyrdo-drive 3600. SG222 v Z412

I've always run JD ZTs but I bought a ZD1211 this last time. There is no comparison of a shaft drive vs a belt drive deck. The shaft decks are so much smoother and no vibration. They also have a mechanical clutch. I also really like the trans vs the hydraulic drive pumps and motors. The 1211 is...

Forward tine v reverse tine tiller

You don't have to go back over anything. If you see your tire track that means you never tilled it in the first place so you aren't going BACK over it. Bottom line is covering tire tracks is just a preference thing not a necessity. I have a box blade that is narrower than my wheel spacing. It...

Tree Pullin, Stump Diggin Son of a Gun

I think that implement was designed for a skidsteer. I just can' see hanging that off the front of a 540M loader. That's a seriously built piece of machinery. It would get the weight so far out in front of the pivot that I think it would be limited. Did y'all test it on a 5 series with a 540M...

It comes standard on any JD that has electronic lift controls. That doesn't happen until the M models. It's no big deal with a quick hitch but the two implements that I have that are not modified to fit my hitch are a real pita to hook up without that rear lift control.
