Yeah, on mine the roof of the house and the walls of the house all have plywood and the walls of have house-wrap then steel over that. The garage is built just like a regular pole barn here in Minnesota but they are all attached obviously.

About 80 inches so far I think in Minnesota and I love it. We are retired, could move south if we wanted to but don’t want to, we like the four seasons. Why live where you don’t like the weather?
