I really like the MF 1725M. I test drove that model and I really liked it! I have JD, Kubota and MF dealers all within 30 miles. I cross shop all three brands. I really like the MF tractors but, my Kubota dealer has been amazing. They’ve earned all my business thus far. Mike

The Stihl 131R Kombi is literally my favorite tool. I have 4 shafts all fitted with different tools (string, brush cutter, pole saw & chainsaw brush blade). The brush cutter is amazing and I've cleared well over an acre of shrubs, small saplings, weeds and grass with that thing. It's insane...

I have the 60" deck on my B2601. It works great! No issues. But, I haven't mowed with a 54" so I can't compare it to the 60". I can tell you mowing with the 60" deck is a lot faster than mowing with a 48" deck... Mike

A two piece dolly makes sense and I could see that working. Although, a setup like that might be a little too complicated for me to fabricate. Definitely keep us updated if you get this figured out. Mike

I believe both Buckets will fit on either tractor. Both have the Quick Attach and I measured them at the dealership and they appear to be the same. Mike

I’m assuming it will. Both my B2601 and L2501 have the Quick Attach Loader/Bucket. However, I would like the ability to use both Buckets on the L2501. I can’t do that if I have to store the B2601 Loader with a Bucket attached to the loader. Mike

A dolly would be awesome! But, your experience is why I haven’t even tried to remove the loader without the bucket...I’m not sure if I could muscle it back in place. I have a hard enough time muscling implements around, lol....which is why I have a quick hitch! I’m glad you’ve spent some time...
