    PTO snowblower?

We are basically in a snow belt area and I have a rather long and hilly drive*. A snow contract would be in the $1000. range so owning a CUT is justifiable. Just to give U an example, my drift cutter blades are 48 ins high and on occasion could be more, but not this year---so far. A CUT would...

    Big Cars are killing Americans

Agree, I drive a Kia Serento and the passenger window post can hide a school bus totally on the passenger side. when I'm at an intersection. I get a sore neck from constantly bobbing and craning. Then from the outside there is huge windows but inside all the plastic trim cuts that glass by 30-40%

    Big Cars are killing Americans

People seem to have just too much money or simply don't know how/where to spend it. That or it is 'live up to the Jones' syndrome. Guess credit is just too easy. Big Cars are killing Americans

I arrived home this PM to find a small car almost in my house. Driver was lost and took the wrong driveway, not the first time as they rely on GPS to visit neighbors. (once had an uninvited 'guest' @ 2:00 AM!) Naturally she tore up my drive trying to get out. I fired up my CUT and pushed her out...

Install a backup camera system, your neck will thank you! I did that some years ago and never looked back, (again) Even the cheapest unit will do the trick. I once was rear ended by a lady real estate sales agent that was on the phone. She cussed me for the damage I did to her car and called the cops on me. WTF ! Big Cars are killing Americans

I drive a car that the front window posts (air bags) are so thick that the passenger side one actually hides a school bus on my right when I'm at an intersection. Any Mitsubishi K3B Engine Owners out there?

I run that same engine in my CUT. Did that procedure couple years ago. Like suggested, pull lower rad hose and how about flushing with your garden hose? Next your auto part store can sell U a flushing liquid which is a caustic mix so you'll still need flushing B4 adding coolant.

    Electrical

Since it comes on after a bit I'd suggest the fan bearings ,probably bushings*, are the issue. If bushings oiling them will be the cure, with bearings--replace them. * WD40 would free up a bushing but you will still want to oil the bronze bushings.

Converting a belt run snow blower attachment to small engine ran?

From having powered a 48" blower like U want to do I can offer some tips. I found a 15 HP was overkill but awesome. I had front mounted my rig replacing my FEL bucket. Bar oil quality

Best snowblower width for 35hp, 62" wide tractor

They'd work OK in light snow events but with a serious dumping you'd need to develop some techniques, like first pass with blower elevated or 1/2 cuts. Heavy wet snow would be quite a problem as you'll find yourself simply pushing a mass of unblown snow. (bad enough w/o wings).
