I think the plumbing will withstand 100 psi, easily, most plumbing is rated for at least that much. I think your little compressor should be able to push the water out of the lines anyway. With a open end to let the water out, it won't take much pressure. I think you might need anti freeze in...

Late getting on today. Went to a funeral for a neighbor, she was 54 years old. She had a heart attack and died very quickly. Very nice celebration of life party. She would have liked it. Other than that, a quiet day here, hopefully the weather will improve.

Had my regular tooth cleaning thing today. It's still there! :) Everything ok with me, wife lost a crown, she got it temporarily put back on, and she goes back next month.

You might want your relative to look over your install. I did one years ago, and getting the furnace so it would drain was important. They are condensing furnaces, and will produce some water. Then again, this was a propane unit, NG might be different.

I had some of the same things. Even caused some hearing damage. The allergies went away as I got older. In the case of bees, I used to swell up like a balloon. As I got older, eventually I became a beekeeper, with no issues.

12/13 was pretty bad here, lots of power outages, we went a week running the genny. The whole year was tough, we ran on that genny for 14 days in 2012.

We went to the 150th celebration of the Fowlerville Lodge today. 1865 to 2015. Very impressive, with the Grand Lodge officers conducting the rituals. Very good, catered dinner, lots of friends. A good day.

My wife is running in a 5K this morning in Howell, at the Howell Nature Center. The Nature Center has this run every year, and my wife does it every year. The center has some really nice exhibits, and is worth a visit, if you are in the area.

Just finished watching Ken Burn's civil war. I've seen it before, but it is interesting. Amazing how our forefathers sacrificed for their cause, North and South. One thing is brought up several times - it was better to get killed outright than linger for months in pain, dying from infection.

I think also, the Saudis are using the oil as a weapon upon Iran and Syria's Assad. It also hurts the Russians, who support Assad. These folks are willing to do anything ( not almost ) in the name of god.

Lead shot has been banned here for a very long time, decades, I think. A lot of shotgun users here are deer hunters, and they use slugs. I think those are big chunks of lead.

Got my zero turn running, I had to replace the drive belt. I mowed the front and back, plus around the barn. Then cleaned out the chicken coupe and the goat's area. The old goat is pretty crippled up, but he still gets around. He seemed to really like his fresh straw, and the chicks did too...

The united front is important. Sometimes even a small crack can become a very big issue. My grandmother resisted going into assisted living facility for about a year. She was 91. After she was, finally there, she liked it. She lived to 96.

I got my new belt for my zero turn, I'll get to that tomorrow. I am still waiting on a new shower valve from Moen. it's been about 10 days, I want to get the shower working!! I needed new springs on the garage door, I called a local guy, I was surprised when a guy from Detroit showed up...

I was on a team at my lodge that performed Masonic last rites. I went to a bunch of funerals over 3 years. We had several guys that were in their 90's, one was 100. Very few folks at the really old guys, they had outlived their contemporaries by decades in most cases.

Been awhile since I've been on a boat. My dad has a little one, with a 20 hp Johnson motor, from about 1959? He has rebuilt the motor a couple of times, and even made parts for it. It takes him out in the bay in Florida, he doesn't do deep water.

Raining off and on all day here. Cleared up this afternoon, so I washed the truck. It started raining a hour later :)

I block the tires from behind, and put jack stands under it. I have no wish to become pizza.

I simply use a chain, and lift it with my Kubota loader. I've seen those lifts, and I don't need another gizmo to trip over....:)

Raining most of the morning. Going out for coffee in a bit, then I will work in the shop, cleaning it up, organizing the chaos there.

My dad is 82, and he takes on pretty much anything. But I've noticed that it takes him far longer to do things. He usually takes a nap after lunch. But then I know I can't hustle like I used too, either. The nap thing is coming....:)

I've hammered on them a bit, but you sure don't want to crack it! Penetrating oil can help. And some never seize when you put it back on.

Cheap. My wife's shop is in Howell township. The combined water and sewer rate is $17 per thousand gallons, plus a metering fee. This is the highest I know of.

Michigan got a lot of folks from Appalachia during and after WW2. When I was growing up, I learned to distinguish people from different areas by their accent. I think it is harder now, folks watch tv, and so forth, the speech has become more uniform. I do remember as a teenager, a friends dad...

Took a friend of mine to a job interview. The guy has had some problems, and asked me for a ride, so I figured why not? Then off to help my wife out for a bit, then back home. I wanted to do some outside work, but the humidity is terrible. Gonna wait a bit!

I didn't know that any livestock producers were going antibiotic free. I guess that's good news, we really need those things to be effective, and overuse lets the bugs get a leg up on us. Now if only we reduced the meds we are taking...

Great looking projects, guys. I spent the day with my brother in law, moving their stuff from Big Rapids to Howell. Real pretty country up thru their, but in winter, they get more snow than we do.
