I found that my problem was 2 chewed-through wires from the fuel level sensor on the top of the tank underneath the dash. So, I can confirm that a fault from the fuel level sensor causes the flashing full fuel on the LCD. Makes sense, actually -- I just wish that it was included in a manual...

I understand that this post is 4 years old, but what was the resolution for the flashing fuel gauge? My SA325 is doing the same thing.
