Snow Equipment Owning/Operating Pictures of your snow weapons

Here痴 my receipt. It痴 84? I opted for rubber edge and steel on back drag. Then changed my mind and ordered a poly edge. Probably going to put that on back drag for this year. I do residential plowing in subdivisions so I知 hoping the rubber and poly are nice and quiet at 3am. I will update as I...

Didn't "build it," but definitely DIY Man Basket...

Yep works great have had the wife up in it many times. I put yellow safety chain on the entry side and I have chains at each corner bottom (visible in the attached photograph) that prevent the tote from sliding off the forks. I used the ratchet strap to tighten everything down.

Post a pic if you can. Pugs have been great companions and we consider them our "boys". Wife jokes that we appreciate them more than our kids! Not to mention they dress up great.

Front snowplow vs rear blade for driveway snow cleanup?

My “plan” is to use a pusher and back blade although admittedly I won’t be plowing gravel drives. Back up to OH doors, drop back blade and pull snow out far enough to use pusher. I won’t have to change directions which will save a ton of time. I live in Lake Michigan snow belt so I have to be...

    Kubota bucket options

I opted for HD bucket 2296 with bolt on edge. Total weight is 467#. If I remember right HD bucket is 60 something pounds heavier than the standard 72". I had HD bucket on my Bobcat and feel that it's one area that takes extreme abuse. I've never talked to anyone that said they would have save...

What's a good inexpensive 25' tape measure with at least 12 foot standout?

Watch Lowe’s sale aisle. I picked up a Craftsman 35’ for $9. I think Lowe’s is pushing Craftsman products since Sears is out. Two things every contractor does at the store - pickup a shim pack and look at tape measures.

    Carpentry,, Questions,,, and Answers,,!

Do yourself another favor and pick up a 2" 4'x8' sheet of foam board while you're at the lumberyard. Lay it between your saw horses when you have to crosscut or rip sheet goods. Set your circular saw blade so it just scores the foam board below. You don't have to worry about catching the offcut...

    Hi Everyone

Getting into the tractor ownership after previously having skidsteer. Am looking forward to learning new techniques and conversing with other tractor owners on common issues. I've been reading TBN as a guest for awhile and appreciate all of the good opinions. Thanks for letting me join in.
