Here's what I know: battery checks out at 12.24 volts. tractor won't turn over. jumped, it will turn over until the jump starter quit .but not start, tho it did a couple of times yesterday. My best guess: starter is faulty? Any helpful tips or ideas? Chuck (not-a-mechanic) Barnett
