Backhoe Bucket Teeth - Kioti KB2385

Kioti KB2385 Several years ago, I took my backhoe bucket to my dealer and left it with him for a couple months to replace the teeth. Eventually I couldn't wait any longer and went to see him. He had used a cutting torch to remove one of the teeth, but said he could not get replacement teeth...

Thanks to all the TBN members who posted information about the Massey sub compacts. We took delivery of a new GC1705, and I was wondering how much ballast do I need for the loader.

Kioti Backhoe is not a JD310

We have a KB2385 with another serious metal problem. Maybe abuse, or maybe just metal fatigue. The machine shop said they would weld the breaks and add additonal metal support. Has anyone had any similar metal problems with the Woods backhoe?

    I broke my backhoe again.

Apsterbobed: The crack was right below the angle brace bolt. Picture attached. Paulfun9: Your are so right. Those bolts keep coming loose, but I think the operator (me) is to blame for the crack. On multiple occasions I would start digging with the boom and dipper stick fully extended. I'm...

    I broke my backhoe again.

DK45/50 backhoe subframe. I guess the hydraulics are stronger than the steel. The local machine shop came to the rescue again. They welded the crack area and added reinforcement plates to both sides in less than an hour.

    Backhoe  I broke my backhoe

Kioti 2385 boom cylinder. I guess I pressed the relief valve one too many times while removing stumps. The boom cylinder is easy to remove and replace. $25 weld at a local machine shop, and back in business.

    CK20 rims/tires on DK45S

My dealer damaged the front tires on my 2007 DK45S (long story). I sent a couple messages to Kioti, and he is now offering to replace them with the rear rims and tires from a CK20. He claims they are identical. Does anyone know if the rear rims and tires from a CK20 are identical to those on...

Tires  KL451 frame cutting DK45S front tires.

The first day using my new 2007 DK45S with KL451 (FEL), I heard a snapping sound coming from what I thought was twigs cracking under the front tires. After hearing it a few times, I got off the tractor to investigate. It wasn't twigs. On sharp turns, the front tires are being cut by the KL451...
