Looking to buy new trade old

BX Bucket edge, Piranha tooth, pro or straight? Pros and Cons of each.

BX Bucket edge, Piranha tooth, pro or straight? Pros and Cons of each.

I'm on my second Piranha tooth bar, the first was sold off with the tractor it was on. It's a great product; I found it useful enough that when I was able I picked one up for the Kioti. This was around the time the Pro was released, and I really wanted it. The ease of installation and the clean...

Largest tractor with a belly mower.

It's just a hair smaller than the 15 series. The T25 is a great machine, but it's Kioti equivalent would be the CX2510.

Largest tractor with a belly mower.

The only downside to the Bobcat machines is that they're equipped with their own loaders and backhoes, and the FL7 loader can't compare to the Kioti KL4030.
  138. tacticalturnip

Largest tractor with a belly mower.

Kioti builds the CK2610 in Bobcat white as a CT2025 and it's available with a belly mower. That's one of the largest machines I can think of with a mid-mount mower. Oddly enough, while the Kioti CK series is available with a mid-PTO the only option Kioti sells for it is a snowblower. I know...

Buying Advice Questions about potential purchase, not sure where to start

You're welcome! I've been following their YouTube channel for a while now; while I wouldn't invest my money in a Lovol, I do enjoy watching the videos they put up on occasion. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9Hk-pxBAWt5Y001zgLn9ig They really make the machines sound good, but I'll stick with...

    Kioti RX7320 thoughts

Awesome to hear! The RX is well out of my wheelhouse, as it's a big machine. That said, they had an RX on the lot when I purchased my CK and I was really impressed with the ergonomics. Honestly, that's one thing that drew me to my CK; Kioti understands basic ergonomics.

75% of truck owners tow 1/year or less?

The Bratt was always appreciated and had a looong production run, though it wasn't sold in the U.S. all that time. The Baja was sold from 02-06, about 20 years before the Maverick, Santa Cruz and this new Toyota. It's not really comparable to the Bratt, or for that matter the El Camino or the...

Looking at buying a Massey Ferguson 1825e or Kubota LX2610

From my understanding, a reverse rotation will do a better job per pass but will use a little more horsepower. I think a reverse rotation you would want to stick to 48-56 inches, offset.

Looking at buying a Massey Ferguson 1825e or Kubota LX2610

So there is a saying that basically guarantees your implement and tractor will work well together, and that's "5 pto horsepower for every foot of width." That said, it's not a rule, and it varies by situation. With something like a tiller, depending on your land, you should be fine just to slow...
  165. tacticalturnip

Looking at buying a Massey Ferguson 1825e or Kubota LX2610

As folks have said, a 4-5 ft tiller would work best. A 4 foot would be best offset, but it's smaller size would be more efficient with the small horsepower. That said, if your garden isn't up-hill you ought to be fine with a 5 ft going slow. The 1825E is well regarded, and from what I've seen...

Buying Advice Questions about potential purchase, not sure where to start

When you're feeling more up to it, here are some other machines to look at. Given that you've got a lawn tractor to mow with, there may be some benefit to going the next size up from a subcompact. Small compacts offer a little more clearance, and a little more capability, for a small sacrifice...

Here is a collection of subcompacts to look over, compare ergonomics, etc. Not all though, as I've run out of time. The Kioti CS-20 series is Kioti's current subcompact; the Bobcat is a Kioti CS-10 series in white with a Bobcat loader/backhoe- and a distinct hood...

@Yander doesn't the SA series have it's own proprietary Quick Attach system? I wouldn't consider that pin-on. I've got to say, for these smaller machines John Deere's quick-attach is my favorite.

If she was in the mood for a grapple they even make attachments that fit to the loader itself. Add-A-Grapple I think they're called. Lack of SSQA is certainly no reason to pass up a deal like that.

Long term (or high hour) reviews on RK55?
