Have a far pro 2425 that developed a nasty knock. I drained the oil thick but had a bit of a shine so I continued. Stripped ending down to pistons haven't found anything that stands out. Not sure what to do next? Tractor only has 80 hours

I Have a farmpro 2425 and from new the brakes would not hold the tractor unless I really jumped on the pedal. Is there an adjustment or something to look for?need to stop and hold.
