Anyone have an electrical diagram for the 1816 starter circuit? I need to troubleshoot my starter which doesn't even try. I suspect it's the clutch switch which has needed a good kick in the past but would like a schematic of the starting circuit before I dig into it.

I have an 1816 HST, maybe 20 hours on it. When going forward it doesn't always stop when the go pedal is released, and it's driving forward, not just rolling. Tapping the pedal for reverse will stop it. This problem is only with forward travel, releasing the pedal in reverse it stops, no issue...

Sorry for an absolute beginner question. I'm probably going to get a rear pto rotary mower. As far as I can tell those mowers have a telescoping PTO drive shaft, so my question is since the shaft isn't a fixed length what retains it on the pto output shaft of the tractor?
