I've a problem with the clutch for the PTO - the only way to engage the PTO is to turn off the engine, engage it with the lever (Hi/0/Lo) and restart the engine. The PTO doesn't stop when the clutch is depressed. Any ideas? I've looked all over and can't find anything obvious - I only bought...
