How big of a job and expensive would this conversion be? I have seen a few steering parts listed on ebay for instance that were somewhat pricey, but doable. I would assume it is similar to a car conversion which isn't too bad if you can get the parts.

I am considering an s650G Satoh with bucket, pto and 3 pt. The bucket won't lift the front end, the engine lugs down when turning and climbing a hill, and the clutch is so stiff it gives you cramps after a few minutes. Breaks are weak but hold on an incline. hydraulic lines are new, tires good...
