Call back

Why cant I get a dealer to call me back? I wanted to buy a bucket loader for my 2400 but I cant get any dealer to call me back. I called one today 3 times and they keep telling me "well call you back in 10 minutes" that has been a long 10 minutes. How can they stay in business this way?:confused:

GC2400 mower noise

I have been hearing what sounds like a gear meshing or a chatter coming from the mower deck on my GC2400. Has anyone else had this type of noise? It seems louder at the lower RPMs. :confused:
