This is probably a noob question. I just acquired an older JD 770. The rockshaft control lever only seems to do anything (raise/lower the 3PH) in the 6 to 8 range. Is there an adjustment for this or is it a repair issue?
Also the adjustable depth stop appears frozen. It is all the way down...
