I have an old blower - no brand or numbers, the fan has a large bolt in the end of the shaft but there is a small hole that is squared inside next to that bolt. I seen Comer gearboxes have a splined shaft like a PTO, is that little hole a release of some sort.

Mine quit working. Is this a major trans fix?

I see alot of people get answers, I'm not having much luck.

All I can say is the 110 has 740 hrs and the 4x4 quit working. The lever on the side of the trans moves up and down. Is this a major brake inside the trans. Or does the 4x4 work off pressure and maybe a screen or filter is plugged. Everything else works fine.
