Have a question maybe someone can answer. I had the governor rebuilt last fall on my IH 444 gas tractor, it was redone twice and works good enough for me to mow with it. Here is the main issue, ever since it was rebuilt I have no throttle, it's either wide open or nothing, I can throttle it down...
