until i replaced the clutch disc, the 3 pt hitch would operate up/down while the clutch was depressed and tractor moving or not moving. now it will only work (the hydraulic pump) when the clutch is engaged fully..any ideas on what i missed during the re-assembly. I have studied the manual...
