Wet sleeve or parent bore ?

Looking at buying a late model used tractor, how can I tell if the seller has a lien against it ? Is it up to me to be 100% sure or is it the seller' responsibility to have it paid for ?

I should have bought by Dec 31 but put it off and missed out on the 60 mo 0% deal. I see John Deere still has 60 mo 0% and was wondering if Kubota would match it.

Like the concept of the cutter fitting close-up behind but looks like is rated somewhat for light-duty. Anybody have experience with this cutter ? Would a 60 PTO hp be too much for the cutter ? Also looked at the SQ84T but looks like it may be high-maintenance. Thanks

Newbie considering a M5140 4wd and going with either a BB720X or Bush Hog 296. No FEL . Is this too much weight on the back ?
