Mowing New Holland 1499 Self Propelled Haybine

Does anyone have experience with NH 1499 self propelled haybine? I see one on an upcoming auction, and am considering buying.

NH TN65 2001 front end trouble

Now the left front wheel drive is going out. The right front went out last spring. 3700 hours on the tractor. $3500 to have repaired. Do any of you have this same problem?
