Having a difficult time engaging the gears/throw lever to put the Hydro trans in gear. I have to engagae the clutch, play with the hydro pedal before the lever will even think about moving. Any idears?

Would anybody be able to tell me the height from the ground to eye center of the 3 pt arms how high the highest setting should be? I am unable to get the height clearance necessary to use my rear blade at the offset/tilt angles it was designed for. I am pretty sure the arms could go higher but...

Looking for a few of all the filters for a complete overhaul of the fluids. Want two of each. I remember seeing a post from a guy in PA(near me) who had these. My dealer is over an hour and a half away and really turned me off last time during a service issue. Any help appreciated.
