    Questions about 3016.

    I have a 2011 3016 and after cleaning the fuel filter it is now dripping. No matter how tight I get it it still drips. Any ideas? Also, when cleaning it it had what looked like brown tar balls or something in it. Any ideas what that was? Last question. How do you drain the tank on these...
