These stupid LIGHTS

On my Kobelco SK 015 excavator----The charging light goes off & on---I have checked ( with a 100 amp. battery load & charging system tester ) when the light was on-----the tester shows the system is charging-- Also the fuel water filter light stays on all the time. Question---could the ignition...
