Here's a pic of the metal on the transmission filter. At the bottom of the used oil container, there was at least 2x as much metal. Should I be worried for my BX?

I own the 1999 BX1800, FEL, 54" MMM, 800hrs. Down the street is a 2001 B2910, 60" MMM, FEL, 180hrs for $12,500. I drove the B2910, its certainly bigger, heavier. I like the mobility of the BX, but like the HP and clearance of the B2910. Is a 2910 OK for a lawn or too heavy? About 2 Acres to...

My BX1800 Temp needle now goes into RED after 15 minutes of using the belly mower. The Radiator & overflow have anti-freeze. The radiator, radiator filter, etc, are free of debris. I've been using since new in 2000 without a problem. Any ideas on what has happened? Thanks.
