3-Point Hitch 7300 3 point only lifts about half way

I have a 7300 with about 350 hrs han i noticed this winter that my back blade barely lifted off the ground when plowing snow. I suspect the Hyraulic pump is damaged. I have a loader and it works fine. any thoughts? Larry Olivet,MI.
