Got the engine all apart. Lots of rust in the crankcase. Looks like I'll need to replace the cam, lifter and cam gear due to pitting. I'll check with Hoye tomorrow but I know there have been several threads about blow up 3T84A engines so I thought maybe somebody saved the good parts. Thanks, Marv
