I have a chance to buy two 12v hydraulic valves. He said the # on them is FPS 4014370.P1 .Can anyone help me on these numbers. He said that one didn't have a sharp sounding snap when energized. Gummy?? They have been sitting for a lot of years inside and said the oil inside them looked clean...
