how easy is it for a noves to take apart and replace the front axel and repair the oil leaks on both sides on a compact john deere 4200 ? and pictures would be helpful thanks ralph

Hi I have a john deere 4200 hydrostatic 2000 and it will not start all the time. and if it does it quits for no apparent reason. have changed to solenoid, checked the gas cap for pressure, checked the seat to make sure nothing is in it's way as to not connect. Have purchased a thermistor but...
