Does anyone know if the LS I3030 is the same tractor as the McCormick CT-28 ? I've recently purchased 2010 year model CT28.

I recently bought a CT28 tractor with front end loader L105. The left side steering bracket(one with oil cap) has broken. It's a cast part, anyone had luck on welding it back? Or anyone have a Service manual or know where 1 is on-line? Stamped number on broken part is 1080093.
