hi there, i have the opportunity to get a ford 1620 hydro static tractor with a 7108 loader on it, has farm tires. they want 2500. the tractor does not go in reverse or go forward, but the engine runs fine, the loader and the 3 point hitch still work. is it worth buying at that price?
