are they wet brakes? since new the brakes have been weak but workable.. when moving the tractor over the winter I noticed the breaks were dragging, partially engaged, I rocked it forward and back a little and they released.. now it seems like they're weaker than ever.. any ideas?

happy with the mahindra but surprised to see hyd oil leaking out shifter boot.. not surprised to find a leak, surprised to see the hyd level high, never added any so is there a way for the level to rise from another fluid?
