Had a seal problem, blowing fluid form the Gland seal. Made a mistake, thought it would only be a few bucks for replacement. I sent the cyl. to a hyd shop. They tore it apart for inspection pulling all seal, o-rings etc. The center clearance ring on the rod piston, bad, it's broke. Long story...

I can't remove the bob-tach from the lift arms, the one bolt was tight and I was able to remove it with no problem. The other bolt never tightened down but just spun, I removed that one with no problem. The bob-tach will not release from the lift arms and I can't see what's keeping it from...
