A friend offered me a free 48" JD roro-tiller. He doesn't know what model it is (although I DO have the serial #, starts with M02902X), but it fits a 318, 420, 430. Will this fit my 4400? Thanx, David

Anyone been there & done that? Doesn't look like an easy job, according to the manual, splitting the chassis. Any tips, tricks, or short-cuts, or am I in for a week-long (if the parts aren't back-ordered) ordeal?
