I want to change the alternator belt, but I am having troubles removing the pulley on the engine. It is a threaded pulley with a set screw. I have the set screw out but the pulley will not budge. any suggestions?

I just changed my two fuel filters on my early 70's 4 cylinder diesel 354 international tractor. I was wondering if someone could tell me the best way to bleed the fuel system? And I was also wondering what is the easiest way to change the alternator belt?
