Engine will not start. Turned off engine with rear stabilizers in down position elevating rear wheels. Backhoe bucket and 4-in-one bucket on ground. Trying to restart only sounds alarm and nothing else. I am guessing the residual hydraulic pressure is activativating a safety device. No success...

My brakes are unresponsive. I can no longer "pump them up" as detailed in the manual. I allowed the hydraulic tank to drop slightly below the sight glass. Is this enough to allow air to affect brake function? Assuming my brake line needs bleeding, how do I proceed? Ernie
