Got both nuts loose but can't get the bar to turn to adjust the tow in/tow out. Pipe wrench? Heat? PB blaster? All?

Just changed the oil in the drive box at 500 hours. Filled to top of drain plug hole as recommended by manufacturer. Now it's leaking out of the bottom. :thumbdown: Would it be worth the effort to put some some stop leak in and if so, what kind and how much?
