I wanted a part for my TN55s and asked new Holland for the part number. They told me I have to buy a parts catolgue (for $491.89) to get the number. Are they for real? I have since contacted a dealer who has ordered me the part but I couldn't believe this (lack of) customer service.....

Hi Folks I have just bought a New Holland TN55S, with no prior knowledge of tractors, and no manual. I am fine with the three point hitch, but I cannot figure out how to lower the towing hook so I can tow a trailer. Can anyone out there help? Thanks in advance. Mike
