Every time I remove the shaft and replace the ball bearings the 4wd works for a short time then stops. I remove shaft and replace ball bearings and same thing. Any ideas on what needs replaced? Is there any type of modification I can make to prevent this or do I need to replace something? Thanks

I put new ball bearings in when changing out the shaft for the 4wd on my tractor and the 4wd works but as soon as I get it under any load it goes out. When I pull the shaft the ball bearings are out. Any ideas as to why I can't keep these in.? The 4wd seems strong and front diff seems smooth...
