hello, I just bought a mainline 2 wheel tractor made by S.E.P. at an auction and i am trying to figure it out. First question that would awnser all of my questions is where can i find a manual for it? If that doesnt work how do i turn the handle bars around (it seems to be stuck on something)...

I just bought a 1993 cub cadet 1641 with 700 hours on it. It come with a 46 inch mower deck (all complete) and a plow. The paint is starting to chip around the gas fill (about the size of a half dollar) that is all i seen on the tractor. The deck paint is rough but no rust holes and the plow is...
