I have a 1999 NH 3930. Having a problem with my power steering operating correctly. After warming up it pushes fluid out of pressure relief valve. About 3 months ago I replaced the filter and it improved for a short period of time. Now the leak is much worse plus fluid is frothy (getting hot?)...
