Who would have good used 8-16 ag tires for a Satoh Beaver or if new reasonable price

Hate to ask, but there are three return springs that go under the foot rest and hook to the back of the rest. One is for the clutch, second one is for the breaks, unknown where the third one goes. Manual I have does not show them. Appreciate your help

In the process of reworking a Case 281 Hay Rake, 1960 series, it is single side delivery, Interesting drive system. In the pic I have the differential off to replace the bearings and seal. Next I will take the hubs off to make sure they are ok. Never owned a tractor or for sure not a hay rake...
