I recently bought a 1984 Ford 1710 with 4 wheel drive and a loader. The loader works fine. The PTO does not work. I can engage it with the clutch not engaged. The PTO will barely turn but you can stop it with ease. I'm not sure my 4 wheel drive is working. I have changed hydraulic filter and...
