I have a NH T4.75 power star and the windshield wiper switch is stuck ON. Question is how do you remove the plastic cover on the column to access the switch ? Dealer priced the switch for $50 and I found a replacement on line for $8

2011 New Holland Workmaster 55 3 point hydraulic will not lift up, was working one day and not the next. No leaks, level is fine. Draft lever moves as does position lever. Could it be there are 2 hydraulic pumps? One for the FEL and the other for the 3 point hitch.
