Anyone know what type of gravel the state (Tx in my case) uses for asphalt roads.
I see large piles all the time on the side of the road. Usually dark grey and almost black sometimes. I assume they use it to mix for road building.
Looks 1” or less and very uniform size.
Hard to believe we baled hay here when I was a kid. There was one large Honey Locust (huge thorns) tree at the back of the property. Fast forward 30 years and 80%+ of the small trees in the foreground are Honey Locust.

Will these work for a subcompact? Ultra-Tow 5000lb (2500lb/ramp) aluminum ramps from Northern Tool.
I asked the dealer about ramps and he just said don’t get the aluminum ones.
Tractor is 2900 with FEL, MMM, and BH.
Any reason they wouldn’t work?
