have a 2012 mx 125 limited with 16 speed power shift it only has the odd number gears no even number on high side or low side any body have any ideals

I also have a bobcat 230 with a mid point hydraulic leak I see where other owners have the same problem but do not see the fix I have it split but cannot tell where the leak is any help anybody
