    Backhoe  410 electrical ?

    My backhoe is old and I noticed a wire connection hanging it has 2 wires on it and looks like a rubber cap. I do not know were it goes or what it is for. I have a picture of it what do you think?

    I need help I have a 410 Backhoe when I was digging I lost all Hydraulics and will not move but motor still runs. What do you think?
